How to Measure
Bust
Wrap tape measure under the armpits, around the fullest part of the bust.
Hips
Stand with legs about 6 inches apart and measure around the fullest part of the hips (usually about 7-10 inches below the waist.)
Bra
Wrap tape measure just under the breasts, around the rib cage. Don’t forget to add four (five if odd number)inches this is your band width. Then subtract your bust measurement from your band width. The result is your bra size.
Take the measure of the bust and subtract this number from it.
The difference, in inches, will give you your bra size according to the following:
AA = 1/2″
A = 1″
B = 2″
C = 3″
D = 4″
DD or E = 5″
Waist
Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your waist.
Sleeve
Bend your elbow and rest your hand on your hip.
Neck
Measure around the base of the neck in inches.
Inseam
Put on a pair of shoes. Have someone measure from your crotch to back of the heel, where you want your pants to end.
Product Length
Measure from the tallest part of your shoulder to your desired product length.
